What is Entertaiment?
Entertaiment means:
Something affording pleasure, diversion, or amusement. For example, solving a crossword puzzle is an entertainment for many people.
Also used to describe a performance of some kind:
Movies and television shows, games, music, books, sports, or art are all forms of entertainment. They can entertain by making us laugh or by causing us to think, but they all do the same thing: make us feel good by stimulating the brain to release seratonin and dopamine. Entertainment is a way of life, but it’s also something that can change lives. For example, the SU2C model of entertainment helps world-class scientists work together to accelerate breakthroughs in cancer research. It’s one of the reasons why the Foundation is committed to the arts and entertainment as a source of inspiration for progress against cancer.
